- What amenities are available for my event?
The Charity Way Banquet Hall is a full service facility and can provide almost anything that your special event may require. The venue seats 350 dining guests, and we have an event staging area, dressing and preparation room, small conference room, full service bar and a patio with outdoor seating and a large barbeque. If you have a special request, be sure to ask one of our friendly event coordinators who will do everything they can to fulfill your requests.
- Will I need private security for my event?
In some cases private security is required at the Charity Way Banquet Hall. If it is determined that your event will require private security, our friendly event coordinators can provide you with the requirements and put you in touch with one of our carefully selected professional private security partners for your event.

The Charity way Banquet Hall has been providing banquet and special event services to the residents of the greater Modesto area and beyond for many years. We realize that we’re not the only choice you have, and because of that we do our utmost to make your event a memorable one. We are located in a rural business district in North Modesto where there is very little chance of noise complaints, unlike some other facilities experience.
Our venue is extremely easy to access and has plenty of off-site parking. With nearby hotels to accommodate your guests, our venue is an excellent selection. Most importantly, the Elks Lodge of Modesto has been providing banquet and special event services for over 100 years with an outstanding reputation for quality service. When you schedule your special event with the Charity Way Banquet Hall, you’re not only going to have the most memorable event possible, but you will be giving back to the community through the organizations the Elks Lodge supports. Some of our charities include the following: disabled children services, veteran’s organizations, our local first responders, drug awareness programs, and scholarship programs.
- Can I arrange for my own decorations?
Even though the Charity Way Banquet Hall is a full service facility, we welcome you to make your own arrangements. We understand your event is for you and your guests, and we will help you make your dreams come true.
- Can we bring our own alcohol for our event?
The Charity Way Ballroom has a full-service bar that is available for your event, and we do allow our clients the ability to provide their guests with their special wine and champagne selections with a corkage fee; however, because of our ABC license no outside adult beverages are allowed.
- What can the Charity Way Banquet Hall provide for my event?
The Charity Way Banquet Hall is a full-service event center. We can take care of every detail for your special event from elegant dining cuisine by our experienced chefs and catering team to a full spectrum of décor and services that will make your special event a memorable one, our event coordinators will work closely with you or your event planner to provide you with any of your requests.
